We are very excited to announce our new staff member -- Welcome Kimmy!
Kimmy became a licensed cosmetologist in 1986 through the Empire
Beauty School in Harrisburg and focused the beginning of her beauty
career in skin care and nails.
She then moved to Penn State for college and worked at a salon with
Allison our stylist. She took a break for a few years from the beauty
industry to start her own bakery business with her husband in that area.
After six years in the bakery business, she and her husband decided to
relocate back to central PA to be closer to family.
We are excited to help her transition back into the beauty industry
through part-time work at the front desk and a re-training in nails and
skin care.
Kimmy is also a certified Reiki master.

We are so excited to announce
another new family member to Elle Salon! Our stylist Jess, and her
husband Corey, delivered a beautiful baby boy, named Asher John Dorman,
on August 20th at 12:59 pm. Asher weighed 6lbs 8oz, and measured 19 3/4
inch long.
Jess is taking time off to "relax"
and enjoy her new baby boy and will be returning to work on November
11th. Please book ahead because she will be very busy when she comes
back.

and Liz all recently attended the FarmHouse Fresh - Eastern Pennsylvania
Regional Training event held in the Philadelphia area.
These are fabulous training events
held across the country for spa & salon partners, managers,
estheticians and massage therapists. They affectionately call these
full-day events "mini-weddings" because they are a ton of fun and very
educational.
FarmHouse Fresh announced new
products and treatments, demonstrated live treatment techniques and
shared product knowledge and retailing tips.
Each participant was provided with
samples of dozens of products, along with contests & giveaways. And
then, on top of it all, served a fabulous lunch to everyone!
