Cumberland County is now in the GREEN phase of reopening and our
Re-opening Day is June 12th!
Here's how we are handling getting everyone rescheduled or scheduled:
To
keep things orderly, we will first re-schedule those clients who had a
scheduled appointment between March 17 and June 11. This may take a few
days to complete. As soon as those appointments have been re-booked, we
can open our schedules to everyone who did not have an appointment that
was cancelled due to COVID-19.
If
you DID have an appointment scheduled with us from March 17 to present
day, we WILL contact you to schedule again. It may not be the very day
we open or the first week or month, but be sure that we do have a list
and will be doing our best to take care of that list, in order, every
single day after opening. Just temporarily, after opening, we can only
schedule your appointment while on the phone with you in real time. We
cannot schedule by text, email or voicemail until we are caught up, and
then we prefer calling, texting or email.
If you did NOT have an appointment scheduled with us, you may either:
Send
us a text or email just asking to be added to the list for us to call
you when we are ready to schedule further out. We will need your first
& last name, cell phone number, stylist(s) requested, and the
service(s) you are requesting. We will try to reach out to you as soon
as possible.
Online booking will be closed
temporarily. We will announce renewed access to online scheduling on our
Facebook and Instagram pages.
Salon Hours/Days:
We have temporarily rented more space in the building so that we could
increase our capacity beyond the 50% capacity rule and maintain 6-ft+
spacing. Elle Salon will re-open with the same hours/days. As a
reminder, they are listed in the footer of our newsletter. We may have
some modifications based on the Governor's orders.
Please be patient as we all work through this.
Curbside Check-in:
Our waiting area is closed temporarily. We ask that you call or text
our main number when you arrive and are parked in our parking lot. The
number to call or text is 717-737-3553. Our front desk staff will call
your cell phone to let you know when you can enter the Salon for your
appointment.
PLEASE BE ON TIME...EVEN IF WE RUN LATE! Arriving
late can jeopardize our cleaning time as well as the limit of people
that can be within a certain square footage at one time. If you are
late, your appointment will run into the next person’s appointment time
which will have them waiting (possibly in their car), and this will just
be a domino effect for the entire day/evening.
No
one can arrive early because we have to make sure that the person
scheduled ahead of you is out of the building before you can come in and
also ensure the area is sanitized after each person for you to know
that you are coming into a clean space.
Guests cannot bring anyone with them
to their appointment; it can only be the person scheduled for a service
in the salon (assuming this will be excused for young children who
cannot be alone during a haircut). Our elderly clients, or clients with
health issues may be assisted into the salon, but their helpers need to
return to their car to wait for them.
