Elle Salon Ltd Policies:
There are times in all of our lives when unforeseen circumstances require that an appointment be cancelled. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Without this notice, the salon staff will likely lose the opportunity to fill the void left by the cancellation. Please keep in mind that this is their livelihood.
Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notification will be required to book any future appointments with a credit card. If future appointments are missed without proper notice the credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
All Wedding Parties (regardless of size) will require a 50% downpayment. An 18% gratuity will be added for your convenience. Please refer to our Wedding Policy and Planner for more details.
If you feel you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call us so that we may reassess or reschedule your appointment. We want to make sure that you will receive the full time and attention allotted to achieve the best results, without affecting clients scheduled around you. Please feel free to call ahead of your appointment to see if we are running on time.
We will either e-mail, text, or call you to confirm your service appointments 1-2 business days before your appointment as a courtesy. It is, however, your ultimate responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.
Peace and relaxation are an important aspect of Elle Salon. Therefore, upon entering the salon, please take a moment to lower or silence the volume on your cell phone. If you must take a call, please keep your voice low so as not to disturb other clients. Social calls are prohibited in the Quiet Room and the Manicure/Pedicure Room.
