Elle Salon Ltd Policies:

There are times in all of our lives when unforeseen circumstances require that an appointment be cancelled. We would appreciate at least 24-hours notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Without this notice, the salon staff will likely lose the opportunity to fill the void left by the cancellation. Please keep this in mind as this is their livelihood.

A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time (one week cancellation policy on all hair extension services). We track these occurrences. Elle Salon Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled for a “No Show/Late Cancellation”. Booking your next appointment may require a deposit of 50% of the services scheduled to hold the appointment. After the 2nd occurrence, future appointments must be pre-paid at 100% of the services scheduled.

Down payments:
All Wedding Parties (regardless of size) will require a 50% downpayment.  An 18% gratuity will be added for your convenience.  Please refer to our Wedding Policy and Planner for more details.


We require a $100 deposit on a full set of Eyelash Extensions. Hair Extensions and Balayage/Ombre/Color Correction services that are 3 hours or more require a 50% deposit and a 48 hour cancellation policy.


For appointments totaling over three hours of service time, we will request a 50% deposit to hold the appointments.


Satisfaction guarantee:

Elle Salon would like to make sure you are completely satisfied with your services. We allow up to one week after your service has been performed to contact us regarding any issues you may have. If you are not happy with any of the services that we have provided, the owner or one of our senior stylists will consult with you (in person) and redo your service to your satisfaction with the staff member who performed the service, or another staff member if needed sooner. If we are contacted beyond this one week timeframe, we will assume you were pleased with the results, and any adjustments requested will be performed at the regular service cost, and will be scheduled during the next available timeslot.  If you choose to go to anothe salon to fix any issues you have before consulting with us in person, then any monitaty solution is null and void. The owner or another senior stylist needs to witness the issue as is before any other business takes over.

If you are not happy with a salon product that you purchaced, you may return it within 2 weeks for a refund.  However, we do not refund on Oway hair care, Osmosis skincare and makeup and nail products.

If you feel you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call us so that we may reassess or reschedule your appointment.  We want to make sure that you will receive the full time and attention allotted to achieve the best results, without affecting clients scheduled around you. Please feel free to call ahead of your appointment to see if we are running on time. 


Confirmation Calls:
We will either text or call you to confirm your service appointments 2-3 business days before your appointment as well as the day of as a courtesy.  It is, however, your ultimate responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

Cell Phones:
Peace and relaxation are an important aspect of Elle Salon. Therefore, upon entering the salon, please take a moment to lower or silence the volume on your cell phone. If you must take a call, please keep your voice low so as not to disturb other clients.  Social calls are prohibited in the Quiet Room and the Manicure/Pedicure Room.
